We want you to love your Coconut Lane treats, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Coconut Lane packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
